    Yeah, because pull ups and press ups do wonders for your stomach.. Half of these exercises have nothing to do with getting a six pack. Wonder how many people actually thought the title meant that after four minutes you’d have one though..

    @Johny40Se7en The ball is a fitness ball. You can find some at good price on internet and in some fitness shop. But be careful, as there is plenty of exercises you can do with (much more that the one shown on this video) you have to choose the right size (diameter) of the fitness ball. it’s depend of your size.
