Absolutely marvelous. Thanks!
well ive never done pilates before and im going to start today since i got bored of running. any suggestions?
that was hard …but i did it…hhhh
)))))
@96ashgurly Then don’t do it you moron. Does making you 13 years old also make you an idiot?
anyone know if this actually works and how many times a day you would have to do it for,for it to work?:)
I love these workouts, but in one of the videos she says her name is Ellen. Isn’t it called Bonnie’s workout pilates routine? haha
haha, thats exactly the same for me (:
…congrats?? is that what you want, fishing for a compliment? haha then why even bother clicking on the video and leaving a comment?
These videos are only useful if you have a laptop.
I nearly broke my neck..
WHY is she saying exhale and breath in? Why cant she just say exhale, inhale or breath in and breath out?
So confusing!
i shouldnt even be doing this because i am already small enough as it is…im 13,female, 4′9, 91 lbs
haha im only 13 and i do all 4 everyday cuz they are just soo fun and addicting! evryday when i get home from school i do it and already in 2 weeks i see a difference in my stomach.
@syntyche12 I know what you mean. I have thick and strong bones, my wristbones and the bones in my hands are too big for wearing those cute little metal bangles. I looked fine with size 10, I’m also rather tall with 5′10”
Trying to get back to size 10 now, and those videos here are awesome, I just now discovered them. I will definitely stick to them!
Wow .. i think you’re fit

.
I’m 17, female, 5′3, 110lbs
I also do all 4 every day,
hope I see results in 3 weeks too
because I’m going to school
the problem is i do not jog and i do not do strength training
Good luck!!!, all this videos are great.
I think i all depends on body types. When I was a size 10 (which i’m working to get back to) everyone was telling me I was skinny. The smallest my mom has ever been was a 6 and she looked like a skeleton. But she looks great at an 8! And we’re both only 5′3. So I think it just depends on how well people carry their weight.
wow! love it! easy to follow and effective
…I tried Winsor Pilates ages ago, and I just couldn’t keep up with it! I sure wanna stick to this one! I do all 4 everyday, hope to see results in 3 weeks! (i eat healthy, jog for 40 minutes, and do strength training for 35 minutes with light dumbbells though)
Female, 22, 5′3, 114lbs (52Kgs)
Thanx for the upload!
I am 5″1 too and I am a size 2.
I want to know that to…because i’m 62kg too…
I am doing pilates and yoga, I don’t like cardio either so I was looking for something different, something new. I’ve found it! ZUMBA!!! These 3 things and healthy eating habits make a miracle! I feel good inside, I look great outside, I am calm, relaxed, healthy and happy… What else do you need?
yeah, am an 8 and i think 6 is a good size…the only bad thing about getting too thin is my breast get smaller…from a C to a B
I’ve been doing yoga and pilates for almost 10 months now and the results are amazing, I’m naturally thin but still feels great and healthy to practice sports, esp. these core-strengthening ones, and they boost the immune system and strengthen the muscles and gain balance.
well to be honest im 5″1 and i’m a size 8 and eveyone is always telling me i’m too thin! i think if your a size 6 then your thin enough xxx
haha! thanks hannah..im 23, thing is im 5′2″ which is why i need to reduce my waistline more…
I think size 6 is small enough! How old are you?
thanks alexis! i hate cardio! lol….
